Description

Donat is a natural mineral water from the springs of Rogaška Slatina in Slovenia. It is enriched with minerals coming from the rocks, that have a positive effect on our digestion (eg: bile secretions & stimulate digestion) and general wellbeing (eg: constipation problems, heartburn and magnesium deficiency problems)

 

Mineral content 水質主要成分

Calcium鈣 (Ca2+) 430 mg/l: It plays an important role in degradation of nutrients, bone health, normal functioning of the nervous, muscular, and cardiovascular system.

Magnesium鎂 (Mg2+) 1000 mg/l: Magnesium is part of more than 300 biochemical processes in the human body, indispensable for smooth digestion and bone hardness, and is also essential for normal heartrate.

Sulfate硫酸鹽 (SO42−) 2200 mg/l : They are of the greatest importance for maintaining healthy digestion with a natural laxative effect, and they also improve blood circulation in the gastric lining.

Bicarbonate碳酸氫鹽 (HCO3-) 7400 mg/l: They provide adequate pH balance between esophagus and stomach. They bind acids to themselves and consequently reduce the burning sensation in case of a heartburn.

Bile Secretions:
Bile is a fluid that is made and released by the liver and stored in the gallbladder. 2 primary functions: 1) To carry away waste 2) To break down fats during digestion, which can be taken into the body by the digestive tract. Improving bile secretion can be critical for digestion and absorption of fats and fat-soluble vitamins in the small intestine.

How to drink it: In the program for better bile secretion, it can be drunk for six weeks up to three times a year, with a gap of at least four weeks between each cure. Drink it slowly, drink 0.2–0.3L in the morning on an empty stomach, 0.2L before lunch, 0.1 – 0.2L before dinner.
